UPDATE  on  developments regarding the Bus for Us project, which  was launched in July 2009.

The Department of Education has finally acknowledged the need for reliable public transport for the learners of the schools in the Hartebeespoort area, and has committed to signing a contract with a public transport provider to provide reliable transport to these schools.  At long last!

As the aim of the Bus for Us campaign was to raise funds to purchase a new bus for the purpose of transporting children to schools, the campaign has now reached a satisfactory conclusion and the funds it raised will be re-allocated according the various donors’ wishes.

Izzi Trust thank donors and members of our community that supported the Bus for Us project.

Izzi Trust continues to maintain various outreach initiatives in the areas surrounding the Centurus Colleges, and also sponsors bursaries for 19 students at the Centurus Colleges.
